Frequently Asked Questions
Can I use an Infinix phone in the USA?
An Infinix Note 12 can be used in the USA only if its specific model supports the frequency bands required by your carrier. The provided specs confirm Android, dual-purpose smartphone hardware, and the Helio G88 platform, but they do not list 4G/LTE bands or US carrier certification. Before buying, check the exact Infinix Note 12 model number against AT&T, T-Mobile, or another carrier’s compatibility tool, especially because some imported phones may have limited coverage or activation support.
What is the weakness of Infinix?
The main weakness of the Infinix Note 12 is that it prioritizes value over premium performance and high-end display features. Its MediaTek Helio G88 chipset, 4GB RAM, and 64GB storage are reasonable for the price, but they can feel limited for heavy gaming, large app libraries, or aggressive multitasking. The 6.7-inch Full HD display is large and sharp, but the 60Hz refresh rate is less smooth than 90Hz or 120Hz screens found on some competing phones.
How old is the Infinix Note 12?
The Infinix Note 12 is a 2022-era smartphone, making it about four years old as of 2026. Its hardware reflects that generation of budget Android phones, with a MediaTek Helio G88 12nm chipset, 4GB RAM, 64GB storage, and a 5000mAh battery. Age matters because software support, battery wear, and repair parts such as replacement displays can become more important buying considerations over time.
