Frequently Asked Questions
What processor does the vivo V40 use?
The vivo V40 is powered by the Qualcomm SM7550-AB Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chipset built on a 4 nm process. This is an upper-midrange mobile processor designed to balance responsive performance with efficient battery use. Paired with 8GB of RAM, the vivo V40 should handle everyday tasks, social apps, browsing, streaming, and moderate gaming comfortably.
How long does the vivo V40 battery last?
The vivo V40 includes a 5500mAh battery, which is larger than the 5000mAh capacity commonly found in many Android phones. That capacity gives it strong potential for full-day use, especially for buyers who stream, browse, message, or use navigation frequently. Actual battery life will vary by screen brightness, 120Hz usage, app activity, and network conditions.
How much RAM and storage does the vivo V40 have?
The vivo V40 configuration listed here comes with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. The 8GB RAM capacity is suitable for multitasking between common Android apps without frequent slowdowns. The 128GB storage is adequate for apps, photos, and downloads, but heavy video recording or large game libraries may require more careful storage management.
Is the vivo V40 good value for its price?
The vivo V40 is positioned as an upper-midrange Android phone with a listed price of about USD 316.87, INR 34,999, GBP 328.44, or EUR 376.65. For that price range, it offers a 6.78-inch 120Hz high-resolution display, Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 processor, 8GB RAM, and a 5500mAh battery. Buyers comparing phones in this segment should consider the vivo V40 if display size, battery capacity, and efficient Qualcomm performance are priorities.
