Frequently Asked Questions
Is the Oppo A77s good for gaming?
The Oppo A77s can handle casual and mainstream mobile games, but it is not designed as a high-performance gaming phone. Its Qualcomm SM6225 Snapdragon 680 4G processor and 8GB of RAM are suitable for lighter titles and moderate multitasking, while the 90Hz display can make supported animations feel smoother. Buyers who mainly play demanding 3D games should expect to use lower graphics settings for more consistent performance.
How long does the Oppo A77s battery last?
The Oppo A77s has a 5000mAh battery, which is a strong capacity for a budget Android phone and should comfortably support a full day of typical use. The Snapdragon 680 4G chipset is built on a 6 nm process, helping improve efficiency during everyday tasks like web browsing, calls, and video streaming. Actual battery life will vary depending on screen brightness, 90Hz usage, gaming, and mobile data activity.
Does the Oppo A77s have a good display?
The Oppo A77s has a 6.56-inch display with a 90Hz refresh rate, which makes scrolling and interface animations feel smoother than standard 60Hz screens. Its 720 x 1612 resolution is HD+ rather than Full HD, so text and videos may not look as sharp as on higher-resolution phones. For buyers focused on smooth everyday use and a large screen at a lower price, the Oppo A77s display is practical, but it is not aimed at premium media viewing.
Is the Oppo A77s worth buying for the price?
The Oppo A77s is worth considering if you want an affordable Android phone with 8GB of RAM, 128GB of storage, a 90Hz display, and a 5000mAh battery. Its listed pricing is around EUR 220, GBP 188.17, INR 14490, or USD 239.51, placing it in the budget segment. The main trade-offs are its 4G-only Snapdragon 680 platform and 720 x 1612 display resolution, so it is best for everyday users rather than buyers seeking 5G or flagship-level performance.
