Frequently Asked Questions
Is the Infinix Hot 40 good for gaming?
The Infinix Hot 40 can handle casual and moderate gaming thanks to its MediaTek Helio G88 processor and 8GB of RAM. The 90Hz display can make supported games and scrolling feel smoother than a standard 60Hz screen. It is better suited to popular everyday games than heavy titles at high graphics settings, as the Helio G88 is a budget-focused 12nm chipset.
How good is the display on the Infinix Hot 40?
The Infinix Hot 40 has a large 6.78-inch display with a 1080 x 2460 resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate. This combination gives buyers a spacious screen for videos, browsing, and social apps, with sharper detail than a typical 720p budget display. The 90Hz refresh rate also helps animations and app navigation feel smoother in daily use.
How long does the Infinix Hot 40 battery last?
The Infinix Hot 40 comes with a 5000mAh battery, which is a large capacity for a budget Android phone. Battery life will vary by brightness, gaming, mobile data use, and refresh-rate settings, but this capacity is well suited for a full day of typical calling, messaging, browsing, and video use. The efficient budget-class Helio G88 platform also helps balance performance and power consumption.
Is the Infinix Hot 40 worth buying for the price?
The Infinix Hot 40 offers strong value if you want a large 90Hz Full HD+ display, 8GB of RAM, 128GB of storage, and a 5000mAh battery at a low price. Listed pricing around USD 108.42, INR 8990, GBP 85.65, or EUR 100.16 places it firmly in the budget smartphone segment. Buyers who prioritize screen size, storage, and battery capacity over flagship-level performance may find the Infinix Hot 40 a sensible choice.
