Frequently Asked Questions
How to activate 5G on Realme phone?
To activate 5G on a Realme phone, insert a 5G-enabled SIM, open Settings, go to Mobile Network or SIM settings, and choose 5G/4G/3G/2G as the preferred network type. The realme C73 5G supports 5G connectivity through its MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset, but 5G will only work if your carrier plan and local coverage support it. After changing the network mode, restart the phone or toggle Airplane Mode if the 5G icon does not appear. Keeping Android system software updated can also help ensure the latest carrier network settings are installed.
Is the realme C73 5G waterproof?
The realme C73 5G cannot be confirmed as waterproof from the provided official specifications. The listed specs mention the 6.67-inch 120Hz display, Dimensity 6300 chipset, 6000mAh battery, and 5G support, but they do not include an IP67 or IP68 water-resistance rating. Without a verified IP rating, buyers should avoid submerging the device or exposing it to heavy rain. A case and careful handling are recommended if water exposure is a concern.
Does the realme C73 5G support fast charging?
The realme C73 5G supports 15W charging for its 6000mAh battery. That charging speed is useful for basic wired charging, but it is not a high-wattage fast-charging system compared with many phones offering 33W, 45W, or higher. The large battery is the main strength here, prioritizing long battery life over very quick top-ups. For best results, use a compatible charger and cable that can deliver the supported 15W output.
