Compare Mobile Phones Side-by-Side

The Tecno Spark 50s looks like the stronger pick from the specs that matter day to day. Its larger 6.78-inch display with a 120Hz refresh rate should feel smoother for scrolling and general use, and the extra RAM gives it more breathing room for multitasking than the vivo Y18i. The 6500mAh battery is also a clear advantage if you want a phone that can go longer between charges.

The vivo Y18i is not a bad basic phone, especially if you prefer something slightly smaller and do not care much about higher refresh rates or heavier multitasking. But with a 90Hz display, 4GB RAM, and a smaller 5000mAh battery, it feels more modest overall.

Unless the vivo is noticeably cheaper, the Tecno Spark 50s is the more sensible buy here. It gives you the better screen experience, more memory, and stronger battery headroom — the things you are most likely to notice after the first week.
