Compare Mobile Phones Side-by-Side

This is less a close phone comparison and more a question of what kind of device you actually want. The Tecno Spark 50s is the real smartphone here: a large 6.78-inch 120Hz display, 6GB of RAM, and a huge 6500mAh battery make it far better suited for media, browsing, apps, and day-to-day multitasking.

The Itel Flip One sits in a completely different lane. Its tiny 2.4-inch 60Hz screen and extremely limited memory make it a basic communication device rather than a modern smartphone alternative. That is not necessarily a flaw if you want something simple, cheap, compact, and distraction-free, but it should not be bought expecting anything close to the Spark 50s experience.

For most buyers, the Tecno Spark 50s is the obvious pick. Choose the Itel Flip One only if you specifically want a minimalist flip-style phone for calls and basic use.
