Final Verdict
The vivo X500 looks like the stronger pick from the hardware shown here. Its 144Hz display should feel a little smoother than the OnePlus 10 Ultra 5G’s 120Hz panel, and the jump to 12GB of RAM gives it more breathing room for multitasking and heavier apps. The biggest difference, though, is battery: 7500mAh versus 5000mAh is not a small gap, and that alone could make the vivo much easier to live with if you hate charging during the day.
The OnePlus 10 Ultra 5G still has reasons to appeal, mainly its slightly larger 6.7-inch screen and Qualcomm processor, which some buyers may prefer for familiarity, app compatibility, or gaming confidence. But based strictly on these specs, it feels harder to recommend over the vivo unless you specifically want a OnePlus device. For most people, the X500 offers the more practical package: smoother display, more memory, and far better battery headroom.
