Vivo X300 and X300 Pro Launch
Vivo launched the Vivo X300 and X300 Pro in China on Monday. Both of these devices are powered by MediaTek’s latest Dimensity 9500 SoC, and they include Android 16-based OriginOS 6. The X300 has a 200-megapixel Samsung primary sensor, while the X300 Pro has a 50-megapixel Sony LYT-828 main sensor. Both of these devices come with Zeiss-engineered cameras and V3+ image processing chips.
They also house excellent camera systems, which include 50-megapixel selfie cameras. Both the Vivo X300 and the Vivo X300 Pro come equipped with BOE Q10+ OLED 1.5K LTPO panels. Vivo X300 has a larger display compared to the basic flagship device. These devices are optimized for battery and performance. The Vivo X300 includes a 6,040mAh battery, which Vivo X300 Pro houses a 6,510mAh battery for an uninterrupted user experience.
Also, it is worth noting that the X300 series will be the first Vivo devices to come with OriginOS outside of China, including India.

Vivo X300 & X300 Pro Color Options
Both Vivo X300 and X3000 Pro are available in various colors, making it easier for users to choose the phone in their favourite color. Vivo X300 is available in Free Blue, Comfortable Purple, Pure Black and Lucky Colour. While the Vivo X300 Pro is available in four hues, namely, Wilderness Brown, Simple White, Free Blue and Pure Black. All of these shades are translated from Chinese.

The brand has not revealed the cost of its latest flagship devices for Indian users. However, in China, the base Vivo X300 prices start at CNY 4,399, which is roughly 54,700 in Indian currency for the 12GB + 256GB option. While the 16GB + 256GB variant costs CNY 4,699, which translates to Rs. 58,400 in India. The 12GB + 512GB cost starts at CNY 4,999, which is around 62,100 in Indian currency. The 16GB + 512GB version is prices at CNY 5,299, roughly Rs. 65,900 and the 16GB + 1TB versions will cost you CNY 5,799 in China, which is around Rs. 72,900 in India.
Meanwhile, the 12GB + 256GB variant of Vivo X300 Pro starts at CNY 5,299, which will be around Rs. 65,900 in India. While the 16GB + 512GB is priced at CNY 5,999, which is roughly around 74,600 in Indian currency. The 16GB + 1TB variant is available for CNY 6,699, costing around INR 83,300 in India. The Vivo X300 Pro also has a 16GB + 1TB Satellite Communication Edition, which is priced at CNY 8,299, approximately Rs. 1,03,200 in India.
Vivo X300 and X300 Pro Availability
The Vivo X300 and X300 Pro have officially been launched in China on October 13, 2025. The devices are now available for pre-order in China. However, the brand has not revealed anything about their global roll out. It is speculated that Vivo may launch its X300 series in India and other parts of the world around December 2025, but sources have not confirmed it yet.
